Tania Banks
Tania Banks has always been on a journey to self love, self awareness and acceptance, which makes her a passionate person in everything that she does in life. She has a strong mentality when it comes to being a team player and the willingness to help and support others in need. Her commitment and integrity shines through her work and will ultimately be the defining factor in her success.
Tania is orginally from a small town called Evansville in Indiana and eventually moved to Charlotte, NC a few years later. She grew up in a household full of 13 siblings so she's well versed to many different personalities. At the age of 10 years old Tania started doing her own hair using different types of weaves and braiding hairstyles. After all the comments she had from doing her hair at such a young age she started to get paid right on her porch in front of her house with many clients. Straight out of high school she went straight to a cosmetology school and decided she only wanted to receive her natural hair care license because her love for braiding and protective styling, achieved that and got certified. Later down the road she had a family and settled down. Now in this current time she is back on her mission wanting to make a difference, wanting to showcase her natural hair journey and self awareness journey with the world.
Tania Banks is qualified in the social media consultant position because she has the passion, the background, the drive, and the integrity to help Herbs & Oils Haircare Essentials thrive. She is what you call a natural queen!
